Reconciled against the official record

Every box score is checked against the official record before it reaches you. Where the sheet and the footage disagree, we tell you.

Coaching Corner

Mark the moment. Write the note. Build the playlist.

Open a game, mark moments as you watch, and write a short note on each. Group them under themes. Folders can nest, so you can organise by player, by concept, or both. A theme becomes a playlist you can run in film study.

It replaces watching a game back, clipping moments by hand, and assembling them for a team talk.

Included in Elite. A coach's marks are private to their club. Nobody else sees them.

Opponent scouting

The same tools, pointed at the team you play next.

Access to the analysis of any opponent we cover, with the same tools you use on your own games: shooting zones, shot types, lineups, possession reels, and Coaching Corner on top.

It replaces the work a coaching staff does now: watch two of an opponent's games, find their tendencies, clip them, and group them for a team talk. Across a season, that is somewhere between 50 and 70 hours of one person's time.

Included in Elite. Available on any single opponent as a one-off game.

The question that matters

“How do I know the numbers are right?”

Because you can check them. Every stat opens the clip it came from. The box score is its own evidence. Software does the first pass; an analyst confirms every stat against the footage before it reaches you.

Then we reconcile the whole game against the official record. Where the official sheet and the footage disagree, we tell you, with the clip that settles it. On Enhanced and Elite, every game ships with a full corrections log: what we found, what we fixed.

Every stat is either traceable to footage or sourced from the official record. Nothing is inferred, nothing is invented.

That's slower than a fully automated tool, and it's meant to be. It's the reason the numbers hold up when a player, a parent or a committee looks closely.

Full season. Every league fixture, home and away.

Home fixtures only. Every game at your venue. Away games are the opponent's home fixtures and are covered in a full season; on a home-only plan they can be added individually.

One-off game, £70. Any league. Everything in Elite on a single fixture, or scouting access to an opponent we already cover. For clubs who want to see it before committing to a season.

A club joining mid-season pays for its remaining fixtures, spread across the months that are left. Playoffs and cup games sit outside the season count and are priced as one-off games.

Turnaround

The clock starts when we have the footage.

If your games are streamed, we start immediately. If you upload, delivery is measured from the moment the file arrives, never from the final buzzer. That matters for a coach preparing Monday's practice, or a back-to-back weekend where Saturday's analysis has to land before Sunday tips.

We process a club's own footage of their own players. We do not build products about other people's children.

No scouting packs on other academies' under-18s, and no external sharing of a minor's profile without parental consent. Your footage is used only to produce your club's analysis, is never published without your say-so, and is removed on request. A full privacy policy naming StatsThread Ltd is on the way.

FAQ

Questions coaches ask.

How do we actually get the analysis?

A private link, sent to you as soon as the game is ready. It opens in any browser on a laptop, tablet or phone. Nothing to install, nothing to download. It's yours to share: forward it to your staff, or drop it in the team group chat so players can find their own clips.

Is a real person actually watching my game?

Yes. Software marks up the footage first. Then an analyst works through every stoppage, every substitution and every possession, and confirms each stat against the play behind it. That is the whole point of the service.

What if I spot a stat that's wrong?

Tell us. We'll check it against the footage, correct it, and tell you what happened. Nothing gets changed without being checked first.

What footage do you need?

If your games are streamed, just tell us where and we take it from there. If you film yourselves, one continuous recording with the sound on, close enough to read jersey numbers, uploaded to a shared link. Send what you've got and we'll work with it. We'll confirm exactly what we need from your setup before your first game.

Can we try one game before committing to a season?

Yes. £40, one game, no commitment: the full product, both teams, every stat linked to its clip. Most clubs start there. If it works for you, the season rate applies from your next fixture.

How does a season work?

Start with your home fixtures, the games you film, and we cover them all season at the tier you choose. Away games can be added at £40 each whenever footage exists, and playoffs and cup games are priced the same way. A second team from the same club is 25% off, third and beyond 40% off.

What happens to our footage?

It's processed by StatsThread Ltd only to produce your club's analysis, never shared or published without your consent, and removed on request at any time. Nothing involving under-18s is used in any public material. Our privacy policy sets out what we keep, for how long, and how to ask us to remove it.
